I've noted that you've added people to the staff list. Since we more staff members, should we have a staff discussion forum or staff recruitment thread for such things? Or even a seperate site? We don't want the whole site to be able to see everything we are debating, such as disciplinary.
I also believe that the staff should start to get to know each other better and interact more before the staff grows as a whole, and also have a vote in whether a new person becomes a staff member immediately. I want to be part of the disciplinary and community outreach. For example, with The Upset Kitten, who, although they made the original idea, jumped to admin status. I don't have a problem with this, since they deserve the credit,. I just don't believe anyone else should be able to be come a staff member without some discussion or vote among staff members.
I can give reasons why in a different thread. This thread is mainly for my proprosal of a staff site/thread/page that is private or uneditable to non-members. We can stage a vote here, and if we agree as a whole(unanimously), then we can make this real. However, if we don't agree, we can change the idea to where we can all agree.
This is a staff discussion, and the thread is locked. Only staff are to reply.
