» DESCRIPTION:
Level 19, also known as "The Suburbs" is an infinite suburbia connected by roads at night time.
The houses on Level 19 are all accessible, but they are always empty, with the only furniture present being chairs or tables that can be rarely found. The grass in Level 19 seems to be perfectly cut and stuck at the same height without any growth. When traveling through Level 19, one can go in an upward or alternately downward direction. This is because, because Level 19's suburbia is on a slight incline, it is possible for one to climb into one of the house roofs and see endless kilometers of suburbia going downhill and vice versa for looking uphill. Many wanderers report seeing the entirety of Level 19 from here. Rarely, the inclines will be steep. It is recommended to stay on these steep inclines, as the chances of finding an anomaly are severely lowered.
Level 19 is completely confirmed to be infinite and was believed to have no apparent non-euclidean properties; however, as of lately, there have been an increasing number of reports of the altering size of distances within the level. Such cases can include, but are not limited to, an increased number of houses where there were fewer or none, an increasing number of steep inclines, or street intersections that didn't exist before.
»THE SKY:
The sky at Level 19 is a shade of darker blue when visible. The weather on the level can vary, however, since it can get cloudy. When the sky is not directly present and it's cloudy, people will claim that they feel more safe as opposed to when it's visible. When the sky is clear and visible, wanderers report feelings of paranoia or as if they're being watched. There's a really popular theory among the inhabitants of this level of the sky: the theory claims the sky of the level is actually alive and that it's there to watch over the level. This could explain why people feel unsafe when the sky is clear. People claim that they can see the stars in the sky blink as if they were humans. Because of this theory and other rumors, a cult has formed known as The Followers of the Sky.

With a small population of 24, due to the high number of low-population outposts and bases in Level 19 they have dedicated themselves to the labor of mapping Level 19's outposts and trade routes as well as distributing the information to the level's inhabitants. They are of nomadic nature and have never had a permanent base but prefer to settle among the garages of Level 19's houses. They can be located using the maps provided by them or TVI in other levels.
- The Followers of the sky
The Followers of The sky are a group of cult followers of the level sky. It is recommended to avoid them and not to go near them, as they are known to practice Cannibalism and other similar rituals.
- Habitants of Level 19
TVI has lost count of how many people are living in this level due to the growing refugee immigration since the collapse of society in Level 14. You can come across abandoned or inhabited outposts, settlements, or houses on the Level.

- Roamers - Can be seen roaming the backyards of the houses.
- Void Children - Can be found inside bedrooms in the houses.
- Impersonators - Are very rare to find, but can usually be found inside the houses of the level.
» OBJECTS:
Finding oat milk isn't that rare on this level, since there's always a box of oatmilk on the houses of the Level, furniture can be also be found laying around in the houses.
» ENTRANCES:
Level 19 can be accessed from an exit glass door into a neighbourhood in Level 17, Clipping on the following Levels: Level 1, Level 0 or Level 15 can lead here or go outside of the window in Level 21 and you may end up in here.
» EXITS:
The only known ways of exiting are, entering a house and randomly be sent into Level 0 or going into a bedroom in a two story house and being sent into Level 14, or the final way is to walk in a rainbow door in one of the houses to end up in Level 34. You can also end up in Level 72.
