Level 22, as seen by an individual who was murdered in a creek by kidnappers. The individual claimed that the creek in the photo was the exact same creek he was murdered in.

Level 22, also known as "Desolation", is a level that only one person can enter at a time. Its appearance varies heavily, changing to resemble a location from the visitor in the level's past. These locations are usually negative, showcasing a low point in the visitor's life. The locations will always be completely devoid of life, regardless of how many people were present in the event. Level 22 seems to be stuck in a grayscale effect, affecting all colors in the level to be black and white. This effect causes many to describe the level as "desolate" and "melancholic".
