Object 23, more commonly known as Corrosive Crystals are virulent crystals with a magenta hue, resembling amethyst or rose quartz.

Skin contact with Corrosive Crystals will cease all neural functions near instantly. Shortly afterwards, the crystal will emit a soft glow and will lightly corrode all surfaces in a 1 meter radius. The crystal will then burst into a cloud of purple particles, transforming the victim into a Crystalizer. Anyone else in the cloud will suffer 2nd degree burns.
